Terms and Conditions of Ming long Fine Jewelry Company Limited
Minimum Order: 10 pieces or pairs per model is required for every single product depending on the design.
Delivery Time: 4 weeks after the receiving of purchase order confirmation. Note: Time of delivery might be varied depend on circumstances.
Method of Shipment: Depending on customer requirement.
Term of Payment: We request a 30% (Thirty Percent) deposit from the total amount of order by T/T into the company's bank account before starting the production.
The remaining amount must be paid upon the receipt of invoice before delivery. The final payment on by T/T in advance is also accepted and pay able to

Price: All price quoted are export wholesale prices in US. Dollar, Net F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand. Price are subject to change without prior notice and
we reserve the right to make any changes. Minimum surcharges will be added should price of gold rise significantly and if the currency fluctuated drastically.
Claim and return of Goods: Customers can claim to company if products has been damaged or defected with the products received from us. The Claimed must
be made in writing with appropriate explanation, within 15 days to the company from the delivery date as show in the airways bill. Otherwise, we consider that
customers are fully satisfied with our products.
